Maple Cashew Cream

Dips, Sauces and Spreads

This is seriously good – I can eat this with just a spoon but it's fantastic on pancakes, fresh fruit and even in your coffee as a healthy substitute for cream and sugar!

  • 2 tbsp virgin Coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp Maple extract
  • 3 tbsp pure Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp fresh Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup raw Cashews
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup Hazelnut milk
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth.
