I'm so happy to welcome you to my natural kitchen! Cooking and baking truly is my passion in life, I enjoy the process almost more than eating the result! I love how every dish I create presents a different challenge, I get excited by the crunching sound fresh bread makes when you cut into it, or how beautiful and colorful some dishes look. There are endless ingredients to experiment with and new dishes to create - I feel lucky that I have found a career that excites and challenges me every single day. And most of all I am excited to be able to share my passion with you.

I was born in France and raised both there and in California. We were raised vegetarian and only had homemade, from scratch healthy foods in the house. As a child I didn't understand why we were being raised that way and why we couldn't just eat like everyone else. Even as an adult, I strayed away from my healthy upbringing for a while. When my son was born it was like a light switched on in my head, and I wanted to raise him in the healthiest possible way too. Soon after that I decided to go back to my roots and eliminate all animal products, processed foods, soy and refined white/brown sugar from our diets. I felt healthier but my new diet really put a strain my my pastry chef career. So I slowly re-taught myself to bake with whole grains and alternative sweeteners, and eventually ended up with so many delicious recipes that I started this site!

Here, I try to use common ingredients that can easily be found anywhere, in unique and delicious ways. My food isn't just for vegans or vegetarians, it's for anyone who enjoys good food that just happens to be healthy. I welcome everyone to join me in my kitchen and hope you enjoy making and eating my recipes as much as I enjoyed creating them!
