Good Morning Breakfast Smoothie

I make this smoothie almost every morning. It's delicious, healthy and full of protein so you definitely aren't hungry after. I would imagine you can use any protein powder but I like Hemp because it's so high in Omega 3, and I use the chocolate kind because well, peanut butter and chocolate is just a good combination.

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Hemp Milk
  • 3 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Hemp Protein powder
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
